Sister and I went to "A Tisket, A Tasket, A Literary Basket" fundraiser for the Richland County Public Library Saturday night.
No pictures of the cool baskets, but they were all themed around books, and contained both books and related goodies. I bid on two, but stopped before things got out of control!
We had lots of fun! There was food from Bonefish Grill, YUMMY desserts and the Tony Torre Orchestra. Oh, and lots of good people watching, including a lady in a cocktail dress and red Birkenstocks!

We saw our friend Mary and her daughter Kathleen there, too. It was GREAT catching up with them. Kathleen has really grown up...
If you've ever been to the Main Branch, you're probably familiar with the "Wild Things" mural. We asked someone to get a photo of us with one of the monsters, but she didn't quite get it, so here we are with a little of the monster.
