I can't play since I don't wear lipstick...only lipgloss!
Used to like ULTA, and I still go, but it creeps me out. The aisles are so crowded. And the sales staff is very catty - if you listen carefully, they talk about the customers in a not so nice way. Ooooh, and they have the ickiest, phoniest MANager type. He's like a character from SNL. I think our ULTA is getting a high cheese factor, and I hate that...
