American Idol is just the dumbest show. People voting fifty-eleven times for one person; others using auto dialers. WHATEVER. I have a good mind to quit watching it.
At least they got Antonella right.

It was nice meeting you at the hockey game the other night. Kayren sent your blog address to Karl so we could look at Kyle and Dalton's picture.I enjoyed looking at your blog and noticed where you said you had lost 70 lbs. Can I ask if you lost the weight doing the South Beach diet plan? I need to lose some and have tried WeightWatchers at home and I get tired of counting points and always go off of the plan.The doctor has told me I need to lose this weight so I really do need to lose it for my health.
