This blog is in response to a discussion with Starchick Bob, who asked about pointy-toed shoes and women's feet. He said that he's heard of women having PLASTIC SURGERY to wear pointy-toed shoes and sent along the following links of interest:
These are as pointy as I get, but my toes are not this long and pointy! At least 1/2 inch of the point is empty, this giving way to a new term I coined - "faux toes." I guess I'm lucky enough to have petite feet, but no way I'd ever have plastic surgery for shoes! (For a smaller derriere, maybe, but never for shoes!)
So now I'm curious, is there anything YOU do and/or would do to suffer for fashion?
PS. What Not to Wear (one of my favorite shows!) Tip: Wearing pointy-toed shoes elongates the leg, especially beneficial for short women (and men, too - I suppose).

I love pointy toed shoes with jeans! But...as y'all know, I SO MUCH PREFER my flops!!!
Teased hair....it was the pits but necessary in the 60's. It took forever and felt like your head was numb.
I have a pierced part of my body.
Listen--I want to add links on the side bar to my blog, but can't figure it out. Help the blonde lady, please.
Go to template, page settings I think, and then it lets you add page elements. I think what you're looking for is "list links."
Anonymous: If I ever get my somach flat enough, I want to get my belly button pierced!
