I saw these in a Shoes.com e-mail and almost fell out. The ones on the far right - who DIDN'T have that shoe in the 1980s? My favorite version of it had assorted primary color straps - blue, red, green and yellow! Bass made them, and we bought them from Culp's Famous Shoes in Greenwood. What a blast from the past. Even better, I clicked the link, and Bass STILL makes them, but not in the multi-style. If I rememver correctly - that WAS a while back - they were comfortable shoes. Who knew they still made them?

OMG! I had the natural leather color. Girl, come on down to Santee and we'll go to the Bass outlet and get you a brand new pair. J. Crew has jelly shoes out this spring!!! What's next - twistabeads?
A few years ago, I actually found two strands of twist-a-beads at the Trinity Bazaar basement sale. I bought them to use for my Keeping Tabs earrings. I LOVED those things - I had nearly every color there was. I wish I'd saved them!
I remember those on the far right, too!! Wow!
